For 10 years the world of Mithraspera gets visited by players, and the introduction to our world is getting more and more complex, especially for single players or groups that are coming from non-german language countries. Complemental to our big Newcomer-Plot-Node in the Merchants City - known as the big Library of the Ouai that started in 2011, we will open a new Camp for all who are new to Mythodea. The focus here is to have a successful start into the background and plots that revolve around the world of Mithraspera. For example: Why do we refer to this world sometimes as Mythodea and the next time as Mithraspera? How can i overcome the illnesses spread by the Pestilence? And why does everyone fear the Viinshar? If you have such and other questions, then the "Wayfarers' Arrival" is waiting for you. *************************************************************************** Mythodea is a pretty big place. There are lots of opportunities for fame, fortune and glory... but also for dishonor, destitution and death. The Wayfarers' Arrival is a place for those new to Mythodea, whether you are a grizzled veteran of the wars in your own realm or someone just off the farm and picking up a sword for the first time. Part of the Wayfarers' Arrival will be the Grand Expedition but the camp is about more than just this stalwart bunch of heroes (big damn heroes) and adventurers.... the camp will be a place for anyone who is interested in playing someone new to Mythodea, someone without ties of loyalty to other camps yet. There will be plot designed to help players engage in the bigger, long standing plot arcs as well as explore the mysteries of this fabled land. We'll have English speaking game staff and plot specifically designed to help players, be they solo individuals or groups of like minded people, to make the most of the event. Translation facilities will be in place as well. And on top of that, in my role as Jarl of the Grand Expedition I'll continue on the path I started with the group as patron of the arts, warlord of reknown, and wealthy merchant-prince. The Grand Expedition will use its vast store of experience gained in 2011 to help players in this camp to really find their feet and put them on the path that will become a memory of a lifetime. So who is up for joining us in the Wayfarers' Arrival? |

Well, I think I will aid you with my knowledge, my skills and my stuff. And some mead I made myself, resting for many months in a good oak barrel (also called "whiskey for softies"). |

Since you're the first thing we found (in english), do you think you can put up with 5 kids from canada? we need help with set-up, rules, etc, but we'll do whatever you want us to do. free lackeys!  we put our "oh my god pelase help us we have no clue" post in the english corner. |

Hello again! We're definitely happy to have you in the Wayfarers' Arrival! I'd also encourage you to take a look at the Grand Expedition and see if joining the group would appeal to you. Its a pretty dynamic group made up of members from all over the world. No demons or undead though!

After our great time in 2011 at DF and water camp, it is a great honor to support the GE 2012 again. The Order of the blessed Jonas, also known as Hospitalers, will focus on coordinating the healers and building up a Hospital for the camp. Further information about our group www.rhodier.de Nachdem wir bereits 2011 ein wunderbares Spiel mit der Grand Expedition hatten, ist es für uns eine große Freude sie diesmal in das Wayfarers' Arrival zu begleiten. Als Hospitalorden werden wir uns vor allem auf die Koordinierung der Heiler und dem Aufbau eines Hospitals widmen. Darüber hinaus unterstützen wir die GE bei ihren Plänen für das Lager und helfen bei Bedarf auch beim Überwinden der Sprachbrücke

Is the Wayfarers Arrival the same as the beginners camp? Because there is no topic for this camp. Your orientation seems to be the same. Greetings |
