The ticket banner/ward registration tool is online, and if you're comming to ConQuest 2014, you'll need to register your tickets here, so that the Banner-managers can reserve a place for you or your group. Please be sure to check your email for the invite and login to the ConQuest 2014 ticket registration tool.

Because of some minor unclearities for international players we've quickly whipped up a short and easy "how-to" that will take you through the details of the registration process. My appolagies for the printscrn/paste/cut/paste/paint mess. Once you logged in using your emailadres and the password provided in your email, follow through steps 1 to 13 to register your tickets.

Should you not be able to find your group at step 2, it might be that your group hasn't been added to the list yet. You can solve that by clicking the red font
Neue Gruppe eintragen just left of the button mentioned in step 3. There, select the Banner/Ward your group is in, and write the name of your group below. Then press the button [Eintragen].

This tool is a great idea, but I'm encountering some trouble while trying to update the details for my tickets.
I made some mistakes on my first try (contact person IT name for example), and every time I'm trying to modify the field, it reset back to the first entry.

Could it be because of my web browser ? I tried with Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
Or should I write an email to someone to modify my tickets details ?
