Hi folks! I've got a few sort-of-related questions. As a first-time traveler to Mythodea, I'm guessing my husband and I would likely want to be under the Explorer's Banner, especially as neither of us speak much Deutsche(although we're working on it). Does anyone have any recommendations for which Ward we should pick?
Also, all of the LARPs we've attended in the US generally involved sleeping in cabins. Does anyone have any tips on simple tent construction or how best to go about disguising modern camping equipment? We've got our own tent, but it's a modern one. Another thing I was curious about is whether or not you would recommend bringing a second tent or pavilion for food preparation/seating, or just not being inside of our small tent. (I wasn't sure if there was a communal space for everyone in a ward or banner.) As everyone is allotted 15 square meters per person, is that space always say 3m by 5m, or can the area be in different shapes?
