Paolo Armatios Call
Children of the Elements,
It is time to look ahead! This world holds more for us than the few we already discovered yet.
Let us claim new ways with good old exploratory urge, go fearless in to the heart of all the
empty spaces on our maps that still lay uncharted.
The elements are with us. It is their will to free the fith one. The circle must be closed, the
heirs have to stand up for the sins of their ancestors.
So do not hesitate, come with me and let us face north together with my men, where the
Iron Gate is said to be hidden. We shall not rest until the last seal lies in front of us, whether
it take one or even five years!
And do not fear the enemy! we know about Argus, who was there before us! We are prepared against his
perfidiousness and we will stand up against his troops. The Iron Gate was always a place of the elements
and never will his ostracised hand hold more power there than the holy weapons of our Archonts ad their men!
For the elements! For a united Mythodea! For a world, where our children may say with pride:
We are the masters of this land, because it has been our fathers and mothers who conquered it!
Paolo Aramtio
Year 9 after discover
The great generalSilent walked the great general along the pillars of the decayed Ignis shrine. His hand
sweeping over old walls and his thoughts were far in the past.
In a time where gods walked on earth. A time we know only legends about and their heroes which
names we only can read in the oldest myths. Heroes with conflicts and dangers similar to those
of today. It has been the elders who wanted to leave something and led the world in to the abyss.
Now it was not the allmighty masters but simply mortals who fought fate, rebelling against doom
despite beeing only small grain of sand in the clockwork of time.
His eyes fell on the messenger who kneeled aside, waiting on a reaction.
It came as it was predicted by the oracle. An'nai was dead, Doerchgardt fell. His plan was successfull
and the elements again on the march forward, led by his former friend and mentor Armatio seeking
the last seal. Fully trusting the elements who demand the seal to be brokened.
If his sense haven't fooled him the settlers have discovered the secrets of the Silver Waggon, now knowing
the position of the las waypoint on the long way to the seal of Ratio.
This process has benn preditcable. His time at this waypoint ends. He looked above the Iron Gate, today nothing
more than a few trees between the ruins of a long lost time.
In front of him was the ancient justice building of Shan Meng Feyn, to which the shrine belonged.
Once upon a time the old masters tried to live here in peace and unity. The iron ones and the sceptic, followers
of the elements and the ostracised, trying to keep war away about their incommensurate believings.
They failed. Shan Meng Feyn a last tribute to the fallibility of long forgotten gods.
But the true reason he has been here for the last two years, looking for the remainings of the time before the
apokalypse lies beyond him. An umimpressive temple of the sun, the Golden Waggon. In this the last secrets of
the Iron Gate has been buried. Those secrets that gave the Iron Gate his true name. It was here where the follower
of the elements, the Pact Of Nine decided to hide the place of the seal and only reveal it to those
who prove themselves as their true heirs.
the messenger wa still waiting. He would wait for hours and days. "A useful tool" thought Argus
and sent him away. It was time to leave. He has found what he was looking for. He smiled while thinking
about that there were no secrets left. Only death for those to come after him.
Not official part:
Intime text Merias:
I was sitting on one of the carts heading north. I looked at those man
following the carts. Veterans, with mighty plates, hoping to trick death
another time. Young fools, seeking fame and fortune. Barely 18 years and
not knowing about what fear and pain awaits them.
I'm starting to sound like my father. Wish I could tell him.
Is there a paradise like some priests tell us? Will we meet our beloved ones
there or perhaps could visit another paradise? Again I think about this.
Allthough I know that I will never find out. At least there will be
some more days to keep death away. Not that I fear him, meanwhile he is more like
an old friend. But the sun is still shining and I truly think he can wait.
And maybe he can wait for some more...
"Hey guys, your leather armor is just a bit more than clothes. That won't
protect you long. Give it to me and I do my best to patch that holes."
Indeed, death can wait.
