Dear all,

Me and some Dutch friends are planning to visit Conquest in 2012. We are currently discussing logistics and one of the subjects that came up was the distance between the time in area and the time out area.
The reason that I'm asking is because not everyone in our group has a tent suitable for time in deployment and we need to know if it's feasible to commute between these two areas or if we need to bring additional 'correct' tents.

If anyone could give me an indication then that would be very helpful.

Well, if you're going to visit the Conquest not as NPCs, but as players, there are no timeout areas, for you have to choose a camp to join, and that is all ingame there (apart from the inside of your tent, if you don't like playing in it).

Anyhow, you are allowed to set up a usual tent at a place which is a little hidden from the directly viewable part of the camp, for instance at the edge of some wood or something. Better it would be, if you put some white cloths or cotton- or linnen-blankets over those tents that are not quite suitable for the event, so that they look a bit like "ingame-tents".
