hey i have this plan of building a tank for next mythodea but i have some questions about how i may make it and if i can get it aproved, so does anyone know whitch GM i have to write to ?

Things like a tank do not get approved by Gamemasters, thats a thing for the Organisators.

They might give you some insight into that and if Tanks are allowed on our Event Premises (depending on the way how you want to build it and such).
