Hello folks... I know I should remember this from last year but I've forgotten. What time is "time in" on Wednesday and what time/day are vehicles no longer allowed to unload on site?

Usualy arrival/check in for players is possible from Wednesday 10am-9pm. Welcome-Speech in the camps is at some point on Wednesday evening, iirc somewhere around 6-7pm. Plots start also Wednesday evening.

Can't remember times for driving with your car within the area, but above would reasonably suggest that you can unload your car until early afternoon without risking to disrupt the game start.

What time do people usually leave? I’m going to book my ferry tickets to and from Sweden and it would be nice not to miss the ferry and not being stuck waiting on it for 5 or 6 hours

The con ends in the taverns Saturday (late) night, nothing is going to happen on Sunday. Therefore, you are free to leave whenever you want... those with long ways home start early in the morning but the majority pack and leave around late morning/noon, I'd say. 10-12 is a good time to walk throgh all the camps to say your farewells, check the lost&found and give a helping hand to those putting down palisades and other décor.

I swear I read somewhere else that people show up on Tuesday to set up, that Tuesday is a 100% OOC day, and then Weds is sort of an IC-lite day as other people set up.

Though I can't remember where I read this!

People show up anything from sunday to wednesday, but I think tuesday was the day most people showed up.
The official IC stuff on wednesday starts in the afternoon with character card check in, briefings and finally the "time in" call.
A lot of people put on their costumes early wednesday, though I didn't see many people doing any actual RP before the time in call, but I guess that is entirely up to yourself and the rest of your group

On tuesday afternoon/wednesday morning most of the shops in town will be set up and open for bussiness as well, so it is a nice opportunity to do some OOC shopping if needed
