What you need to do is either going to your local bank or use your internet banking service to transfer the money.
I'll asume you're not german, so you need to set up a money transfer to a foreign bank. You'll need the invoice from Live Adventure handy when setting up the payment.
The bold italic text are what you most likely will need to enter in the various fields, the rest is just explanations
Empfänger: Live Adventure = recipient
Institut: Sparkasse Regensburg = Recipients bank
IBAN: DE43750500000841377906
BIC / SWIFT-Code: BYLADEM1RBG
I believe the above are the same for everyone. Regardless, make sure to read the numbers off your invoice and not my post Verwendungszweck: LA2012 + Vor- + Nachname + Optionsnummer = This is for the "free text" field on the payment, it needs to contain the following: LA2012 + your first name + your last name + optionsnumber.
The optionsnumber should be located on the upper right of the invoice, just below the Live Adventure logo.
At least in my internet banking service there was no obvious places to enter the two numbers below, and my payment went through fine without them.
Konto: 841377906
BLZ: 750 50 000
I'm Norwegian, so I can't really guarantee it will work exactly the same for people from other countries, but I think the above is the basics you need to provide to your banking service, regardless of where you are from.
