Good morning,

this is the current planning of the camp places for Conquest 2010. We decided to deliver this information to you a little earlier, before we even know the definite number of bookings for this event.

The current plan is based on the actual number of tickets sold for the different camps. In case there will be a run now on single camps, we will have to change the places in case we need more tentspace.





We try to cling to this plan here, but i will say it again: This is currently interim and it could be that it is subject to changes needed. Nobody likes a crowded field.


And we have something new:

The encampment ground grew. Where the 2010 Camp of Earth is planned, this was never before part of the playground. The overall area to play will grow several hectars/acres.

We know that the new position of the "City Camp" will spawn some discussions. So, we want you to know some infos beforehand:

1) The growth of the overall play-area means a lot more to walk. But: We plan to keep YOUR way to the next shower at maximum 400 m. And at no point of the area you should have to walk more than 100 m to the next toilet.

2) And, with the move of the city, with the greater distance between the camps and the bigger fields, this means: More place for you to fight. No more crowded "I-cant-move-or-i-fall-into-the-ditch". We heard your feedback. This is the result.

3) New Parking lots. And new ways to drive to and from your camp. Yes, not only the old known big parking fields east of the Eventarea over the mainstreet, nope, now we have additional parking lots at the northwest side.

This means: Faster roll-on-roll-off, less traffic jam, less bottleneck situations.

Yes it is. Söldner is the german word for mercenary

The good thing is: With the powerlines/water pipes now installed on a new field, the very very Out-of-Game Sights are now gone. We moved the Supermarket, the Big Shower/Toilet Place and the Emergency / Paramedics to a small field part that is encircled by big hedges and trees. Easy accessible, but cannot be seen from the camps and fields.

And you can ask in english, that is absolutely no problem for german players ;o), and since the Mercenaries are especially an international bunch with many from France, England, Switzerland and else Countries... english is the main "chat-language" there ;o).
