Hallo allerseits!

Ich spiele mit dem Gedanken, mir folgende Rüstung zuzulegen:

Was mir gut gefällt ist neben der Optik die Größe. Es ist als breiter Mensch nicht immer einfach entsprechend passende Rüstungen zu bekommen. Der Preis scheint augenscheinlich auch in Ordnung zu sein.

Aber bevor man eine 400 Euro Anschaffung tätigt, scheint es mir legitim eine zweite Meinung einzuholen. Und da im Forum ja ein Haufen potentieller Experten anwesend ist, wollte ich die Frage in den Raum stellen ob hier jemand ist der in Bezug auf den Battle-Merchant und/oder die Rüstung Erfahrung hat und mir Rat geben kann.

ich hab nen Helm von denen und der ist soweit echt top
is so ne Barbuta :)
aber vielleicht kann dir noch jemand der auch direkt mit Harnischen Erfahrung gmacht hat was sagen

Ich würde die 400€ zum Conquest mitnehmen und mir Vorort ein Bild von den angebotenen Rüstungen machen und dann direkt kaufen.

Ich kauf da immer meine Kettenringe zum Basteln. Bezahlung und Versand ist immer echt unkompliziert. Und wenn ich den Kram direkt abgeholt hab (ist ja nicht so weit von mir aus), waren die immer freundlich.

'N guter Kumpel hat seine Arm- und Beinschienen daher, und das Metall hält echt was aus.

Für 400 Euro dürfte das wohl schwerlich Maßware sein.

Da hat Tim Recht. Ne schicke Wimmer-Rüstung oder ähnliches ist derzeit einfach nicht drin ;-)

Aber wenn die Maße wie beschrieben sind, dann sollte es gut passen.
Auf dem Conquest kaufen ist so ne Sache. Da habe ich mich die letzten Jahre regelmäßig umgesehen und nie so wirklich etwas gefunden das mir gefallen hätte. Vom Stil her sagt mir diese Rüstung schon sehr zu.

Im Zweifelsfalle kann ich sie ja auch zurück senden. Aber wenn es geht versucht man sowas halt zu vermeiden. Darum halt die Frage nach den Erfahrungen mit BM und/oder Rüstung.

Er macht das Ganze als Hobby nebenbei und nicht Hauptberuflich, von dem her kann er auch sehr sehr gute Preise bieten.

Jedoch denke ich du willst deine Platte bestimmt vor dem CoM bzw. auf dem Conquest?
Aber kannst du ja mal im Hinterkopf behalten, oder auch nicht :-)

Die Qualität von Battlemerchant kann man nicht ganz einfach einschätzen, weil da inzwischen Teile verschiedener Hersteller angeboten werden. Die Sachen, die ich von denen kenne, waren eigentlich immer indische Stangenware mit einigen Macken, aber alles in allem für die Preisklasse recht tauglich.
Prinzipiell würde ich deswegen sagen: Einfach bestellen, und wenn's gefällt, behalten.

Die Sachen vom BM sind gut und viel besser als manch anderer Kram. Haben da nen guten Draht zu denen und kaufen öfters da ein.
