You may have heard of the UK Grand Expedition.

This is a group of players coming from the UK to play at ConQuest in 2011. We have already successfully joined efforts with a group of Australians and this has prompted us to go International. I've recruited on english speaking german player already to act as translater (she plays a storyteller!) but there is scope for a lot more in the Expedition.

It is not just a collection of mercenary companies. There's room here for merchants, sailors, craftsmen, cut-throats, gentlemen, scholars, wizards, healers, artists, entertainers, knights and more. You don't even need to be human! Elves, dwarves, fae, beastkin, trolls, golems, gnomes....all are welcome. Undead and demons need not apply.

Any player nationality is welcome.

However....

We do ask is that you are able to speak some level of English and are willing to help folks with translation from time to time, whatever your first language may be.

And Pappnase are definitely not welcome.

We're having a pretty well organized and well equipped camp. We are already associated with some of the most influential player characters in Mythodea so there should be plenty of plot opportunities. We want people who can add to the suspension of disbelief. People that want to experience high levels of role play immersion, using good quality kit, heroic fighting style, and dynamic character development.

Hi,

as you may have heard, the family Castellani has some business running in Mythodea. Besides the common trading goods, we trade in informations and...other services. Let's say we have a widely ramified network of employees, associates and friends who are quiet capable of offering special goods and services - on request and for a small expense allowance.

If you're interested in any goods or services, or if you just would like to talk a while about the political situation in Mythodea while tasting a sip of our famous whine from Jarlow, our homeland, send us a messenger to ask for a meeting. You'll find our city estate in the Via Castellani, next to the city's guild quarter.

You don't need to bring your own interpreter by the way. The family Castellani employs their own interpreters, who are fluent in german, english, spanish and french. Most Castellani are fluent in english anyway, so we may not need an interpreter at all.

Whatever you do, don't trust them!

Well, it would seem we are camping in the Water Camp, in order to stay near the Archon and Nyame of the West. And yes, we've got 7 aussies with us! We are hoping for inclusion in the plot, despite our being a new kid on the block.

I'm expecting a total of around 40 to 50 members..but we have spare tent space for more if you are reading this and considering joining us!

Edit: Papa Death....we'll be looking for you, and when I find you....let's just say it wont be my face you'll be taking.
