Hallo Leute,

ich weiß es ist noch lange hin, aber ihr kennt ja den Spruch: Der frühe Wurm frisst den Vogel... oder so ähnlich.

Wir, damit meine ich unseren Jugend-Phantasie-Verein, planen nächstes Jahr auf das CoM zu fahren. Es werden viele Erwachsene dabei sein, aber hauptsächlich Jugendliche zwischen 14 und 17 Jahre. Und da wollte ich von euch wissen, erstens in welchem Lager wird man mit so einer Truppe gut aufgenommen, zweitens wie sieht das aus mit der Aufsichtspflicht, können wir überhaupt 14 Jährige mitnehmen und drittens ist es möglich, dass eine Person alleine die Tickets für die komplette Gruppe kauft? Ansonsten würde das die ganze Aktion sehr verkomplizieren.

Hey du :)

Zum Lager würd ich sagen, bis auf die spezielleren, wie Großes Heer, Orklager, Dungeonlager... geht alles. NSC natürlich auch, aber ich denke da ist sowohl der Organisations- als auch der Betreuungsaufwand größer.
Mit der Aufsichtspflicht ist es ab 14 kein Problem.
Zu den Tickets: als SC kann man, soweit ich weiß, 10 Tickets auf einmal kaufen, aber sobald das Team wieder im Büro ist kannst du Tobei ja mal anschreiben und fragen ob es da Möglichkeiten gibt auch eine größere Gruppe über eine Person anzumelden.

Viel Spaß mit der chaotischen Farmion-Truppe aufm CoM ;) Ich hoffe nächstes Jahr klappts mal mit allen!

Hi Rolph,

ja klar kannst du (oder jemand anderes) mehrere Tickets im Ticketshop kaufen. Denn die Tickets laufen nicht auf Namen, sondern haben jeder eine eigene einzigartige Registriernummer. Und das Ticket ist für jeden verwendbar der es vorzeigt.

Bezüglich deinem Jugendverein, ich empfehle dir, es zu machen wie das "Haigerlocher Kinder- und Jugendbüro". Der Verein kaufte die Tickets, sprach sich mit den Eltern ab und dann machten die Jugendlichen mit ihrer Aufsichtsperson ein grosses Sammelcamp im Familienlager:

Das mit dem Familiencamp ist sehr zu empfehlen, gerade für "Neulingsgruppen" mit vielen Jugendlichen. Dort hat man als Aufseher erstmal seine Ruhe, ist ebenfalls umgeben von vielen Gleichaltrigen und Eltern und DENNOCH nicht abgeschnitten vom Plot.

Großgruppenanmeldungen sind eigentlich kein Problem. Dafür würde ich mich sobald der Verkauf losgeht bei Phillip Heidtkamp direkt melden, das Söldnerlager hatte dieses Jahr auch eine Gruppenanmeldung von 50 Leuten über eine Person laufen lassen, gehen tut das auf alle Fälle.

Wenn die Erwachsenen die Aufsichtspflicht für die Kinder und Jugendlichen übernehmen wirst du da ebenfalls keine Probleme bekommen und was das Lager angeht, diskutier das einfach mit deinen Leuten aus wo die Lust drauf haben. Ob nun Freies oder Elementlager ist ganz eure Entscheidung, wie Cylia aber schon so korrekt sagte: Orks, Dungeon und GH sind recht speziell, dort würde ich mit solch einer Truppe nicht aufkreuzen.

Ja hoffentlich schaffen wir es einen großen Haufen Farmionen nächstes Jahr aufs Conquest zu karren. Dann werden wir der lieben untoten Julia ihr Banner klauen :P

Okay danke für die Informationen. Wir haben uns für das Neutrale Lager entschieden. Für das Familienlager ist die Gruppe im allgemeinen wahrscheinlich etwas zu alt. Und mal schauen welche Lösung wir für das Problem mit den Karten finden. Vor allem nachdem ich die Änderungen für nächstes Jahr gelesen habe, welche besagen, dass eine Person lediglich 5 Karten kaufen kann in den ersten beiden Preisstaffeln. Naja kommt Zeit kommt Rat. Wobei wir nicht mehr sooo viel Zeit haben wenn wir, wie geplant, die Karten aus der ersten Preisstaffel haben wollen.

Aber na gut. Auf jeden Fall vielen Dank für eure Hilfe. Man sieht sich dann spätestens auf dem Conquest '11 :)
